Black Friday Delivery Delays

Due to the overwhelming influx of orders as part of our Black Friday sale, there may be delays in dispatching your order. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Christmas Cut Offs

To allow us to do our best to get your orders to you, we recommend that you do your Christmas shopping as soon as possible. Due to how wide spread our stores are, our Christmas cut off delivery date is the 11th of December, 2023. You've just placed an order, what happens next?

All orders placed on our website are fulfilled by one of our amazing locally owned stores. One of our awesome team members picks your order from the shelves, packs it up and has it shipped to you. This means that by shopping online and in-store at Toyworld Australia, you're supporting a locally owned business in your community!

Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with a link. Don't worry, it's a safe link! This link will contain information about your order and it's journey to you.

Split deliveries

If you have ordered multiple items, thank you and thank you again! We will try our best to ship your entire order out from a single location. However, depending on stock in store at any given time, we may need to split your order into multiple deliveries. This means that one store will ship part of your order and another will send the rest. Don't worry - you will only ever need to pay one delivery fee and you will receive tracking information of each part of your order. Please keep an eye out for additional emails with further tracking information.

Delivery timeframes

Our team will do our best to get all orders received by 11am processed the same day. Parcels can take anywhere between 3-10 working days to be delivered with the exception of public holidays and any unforeseen delays. Please use the tracking link that we send to you for more information.

Delivery Rates

Deliveries start from $12.99 for up to 4 standard sized items. Additional charges will apply to bulky items. The final delivery charge for your order will be calculated at checkout and will be based on the total weight of your order.

Waterplay tables, small scooters, large LEGO sets, bikes, electric scooters, plastic ride-ons. 

 
What determines a bulky item? This is an item that exceeds a certain size/weight, normally these are large items that are difficult to post and require additional packaging to ensure a safe delivery.
