All orders placed on our website are fulfilled by one of our amazing locally owned stores Australia-wide. A team member picks your order from the shelves, packs it up, and ships it to you. By shopping with Toyworld Australia, you're supporting a locally owned business in the community!

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. If you have your tracking number handy, enter it in the search bar on the Australia Post website: Track My Order.

If you ordered multiple items, we will try our best to ship everything from one location. However, if needed, we may split your order into multiple deliveries. You will receive tracking for each shipment. Keep an eye out for additional emails with tracking updates.

Our standard delivery method is Authority to Leave (ATL) — no signature is required at the time of delivery.

Please note:
• We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
• If a PO Box or Parcel Locker is provided, your delivery may be returned to sender or may incur an additional fee to resend it to a valid street address.

You will receive your tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, excluding peak periods.

Once your order is on the way, delivery typically takes between 3 to 10 business days, as advised by Australia Post. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and could take a little longer during busy periods like sales or holidays. Use your tracking link for updates.

Standard delivery starts at $14.99 for up to 4 standard items. Additional charges apply to bulky items, calculated at checkout.

What determines a bulky item? Bulky items exceed size/weight limits and require extra packaging for safe delivery.
