How much money do I have on my gift card?

Does a gift card expire?

A Toyworld gift card expires 36 months (3 years) from the date of issue. The expiry date appears on the back of the gift card.

How long does it take for a digital gift voucher to be issued?

At peak times and public holidays, there may be a delay in processing orders on the day received. Please allow up to 48 hours from placing your order for delivery confirmation and activation of digital gift vouchers.

How long will it take for a physical gift card ordered online to arrive?

Delivery should be expected between 3 and 10 days. Delivery time is dependent on the dispatch date and the distance of the delivery destination. At busy times, we sometimes get overloaded with orders causing a backlog, however we try our absolute best to get all orders out on the same day that you place your order. Orders placed late on Friday or over the weekend get collected by the courier on following Monday morning, this can also increase the delivery time.

What do I do if I have not received my delivery confirmation?

If you have not received your delivery confirmation within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us via the contact form below and one of our team members will assist you in tracking your order. At peak times, there may be a delay in processing orders on the day received.

I have received my delivery confirmation but the delivery has not arrived. What should I do?

Your order should take between 2 - 10 days to reach you. This time frame depends on the dispatch day and the destination address. Please contact us via our contact us form below and the team will track your delivery for you.

Which stores can I redeem a gift card in?

You can redeem your Toyworld gift card at any Toyworld store apart from Ceduna, Cootamundra, Exmouth, Narrabri and Thursday Island.

How can I pay for a gift card?

Online payments can be made by Visa or Mastercard. and a number of Buy Now, Pay Later providers.

Can I order a gift card if I live overseas?

Definitely! When ordering via our website from overseas there are a couple of issues that sometimes arise.

Firstly, if you receive an error at check out that says “Do Not Honour” – this refers to a security measure from your bank. You will need to contact your bank to allow for transactions to be made to an international/Australian website.

Secondly, we only ship to Australian addresses so please ensure that shipping address field is populated with the recipient's address in Australia.

Can I add more money onto a gift card?

No, additional funds cannot be added onto your gift card.

Can I get my money refunded?

Gift cards are non-refundable. You should treat your gift card as cash. No change will be given, however the remaining available balance may be applied to future purchases until the gift voucher expires or the balance reaches $0.

Can I withdraw money from my ​gift card?

No. The ​gift card can only be used for making purchases.

How do I know how much money is left on my gift card?

What do I do if I damage or lose my gift card?

Damaged, lost or stolen gift cards are not able to be replaced so please treat your gift card as you would cash.

I have a gift card that is not Toyworld branded but says is redeemable at Toyworld - how do I use this?
