COVID Updates

Our commitment to the safety, health and wellbeing of our customers, staff and community is very important to us.

In NSW & VIC we are following guidelines as provided by The Government which are as follows:

  • Customers are not permitted to enter Toyworld stores if they are not double vaccinated. 
  • Customers will be required to present proof of vaccination or medical exemption at checkout.
  • Masks are mandatory and social distancing should be maintained at all times.

Due to unprecedented demand across the entire Australia Post network, delivery delays of up to 5 days are expected.

I am ordering Christmas presents, how do I ensure my order arrives before then?
